New Zealand's leading specialist in piston engine overhauls, we offer complete and partial rebuilds with a comprehensive range of options tailored to suit your budget. We also overhaul, repair and replace engine components and we have capability across all major engine brands and models.
We can offer major overhaul and repair on Continental and Lycoming engines, and select repair services on Pratt & Whitney and Rotax piston engines.

Our custom overhauls can be designed to suit any budget, with a range of options available which we can tailor to suit your specific engine requirements.
Custom overhauls
We offer engines and engine components for exchange, from variable timed options through to factory-new. We hold a range of cores in stock, and as a proud distributor of Lycoming Textron we can also accommodate customers who prefer a factory exchange at the most competitive price and quickest turnaround time.
Exchange engines
Our highly experienced team of engineers can diagnose and repair your engine or engine components, with an in-house test cell and extensive workshop facilities. We also offer technical field support as required.
Engine repairs
Our unique engineering and plating facility allows us to carry out in-house component repairs during an overhaul, rather than needing to send them offshore like our competitors do. We have the capability to do machining of crankcases and other engine components, repair of cylinders, tig welding processes and cadmium & hard chrome plating.

Parts and component sales

We are Australasia's sole Continental Diesel Service & Installation Centre, meaning we can look after all of your diesel engine requirements from maintenance and repair to diesel engine conversions.

Our NDT facilities allow testing of defects that would go unseen by the naked eye. Our overhaul service includes Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI), Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI) and Eddy Current Inspection (ECI).
