We provide comprehensive overhaul, repair and calendar inspection services on all leading fixed, variable/controllable pitch and feathering propellers. Operating under Part 145 certified facilities, our processes allow us to meet quick turnaround times needed to get back in the air with minimal AOG and never compromising on quality or safety.
Our specialist facility in Hamilton allows us to effectively service operators throughout New Zealand as well as from overseas.

OVERHAUL
Our experienced team can carry out any required repairs on steel, aluminium, or composite material propeller blades. Our skilled technicians allow us to offer the fastest turnaround times and most efficient service.
REPAIRS
We can carry out five yearly calendar inspections on all privately owned and operated general aviation aircraft propellers.
CALENDAR INSPECTION SERVICES
Our NDT facilities allow testing of defects that would go unseen by the naked eye. Our overhaul service includes Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI), Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI) and Eddy Current Inspection (ECI).
NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING
Bring your aircraft to our team for dynamic balancing of your propeller to improve the longevity of your engine. Our technicians can carry out this service either in our Hamilton hangar or as a field service.
DYNAMIC BALANCING
We provide a painting service that uses high quality, hard wearing paint. Prior to releasing to service, we carry out static balancing which ensures a smoother running propeller during operation.
